Rubber continuous vulcanization machine
The goal is to vulcanize cleanly at high temperatures. While conventional machines could only handle up to 250°C, by using stainless steel internally and leveraging our unique know-how, we have achieved Japan's first high-temperature compatibility, making it possible to handle temperatures of up to approximately 400°C.
Batch-type rubber vulcanization device
By adopting a direct flame (gas burner type) as the heat source and circulating hot air, we can reduce the concentration of exhaust gases by processing the reaction gases generated during vulcanization, which could not be handled by conventional electric heating methods, in the combustion chamber. The vulcanization furnace has a stainless steel structure, making cleaning easy.

The straight-line hot air vulcanization device (HAV) is used to rapidly raise the rubber temperature with a microwave continuous vulcanization device to complete the specified vulcanization conditions.
